The apartment itself is fantastic: very well located, exactly as described online, and with an amazing view. However, the management of the property was disappointing and unprofessional.Communication for the key handover was poor and delayed via WhatsApp, and the person responsible (Sabrina) did not show up at the agreed meeting time, without any explanation or apology. The apartment was not properly cleaned (floors not washed, dust visible), and several issues were not mentioned in advance: one toilet missing a seat, a broken hinge on the washing machine cover, a toaster not working, and a leaking coffee machine tank.The apartment has great potential, but it really deserves proper cleaning and professional management to match its quality and location.
