Inside, the villa has a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a connecting dining room, as well as two verandas: one closed with panoramic windows and one open, both furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom with external access. On the upper floor, accessible by an internal staircase, there is an attic double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds and a second complete bathroom. The spaces are comfortable and well-lit, with suitable heights also in the attic area. Two large parking areas, independent entrances and a garden full of paths, natural caves and viewpoints complete the property.
