We offer our customers a nice one bed-room apartment with sea view and pool view, inside the Helios Residence in Nisportino where resort services are present. A structure immersed in a wonderful landscape of Mediterranean scrub, within a private estate of 15,000 square meters. In a panoramic position near the sea, the apartments are about 350 meters from the free beach made up of gravel and pebbles, reachable both on foot and by car, an ideal destination for lovers of snorkelling, diving and boat trips. It is a place full of charm and suggestion, ideal for those who want to enjoy a holiday in absolute tranquillity, rediscovering a wild and uncontaminated stretch of coast. Being a cove, the wind does not stir the sea and remains a table. The bar/restaurant on the beach is an excellent base both for aperitifs and for swimming (from which to enjoy unique sunsets!). The water is wonderful and very colorful (it is no coincidence that it is one of the beaches of the Costa che Brilla), through the panoramic route (looking at the sea on the right) you can get to a point where you can admire the bay from above. Please note: - the swimming pool will be available from around 15th June to around 15th September Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! We will apply our agreed rates: you will not find anything cheaper either online or directly, anywhere. We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it. Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. It consists of a living room with single sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower. At guests' disposal a large covered veranda with frontal sea view.
