The holiday apartment is on the second floor of a nine-storey apartment building in the Aurelio district. The location is ideal for exploring the sights of the ancient city and getting to know the genuine Roman life.Light, very comfortable holiday apartment with modern furnishing in Rome – ideal for getting to know the city and the Roman lifestyle The apartment measures around 55m² and was renovated in 2015. It is suitable for up to four people, for a family or friends. The front door leads straight into the spacious and pleasantly light living room with a sofa bed for two people and a dining space with a table and chairs. The modern cooking niche has an open layout and is well-equipped with a gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a large wardrobe and bedside tables and boasts an ensuite shower room. The second bathroom is accessed through the living room and is fitted with a shower cubicle. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and each room has radiators. Wireless Internet access is available. There is no TV. One of the bathrooms has a modern washing machine and dryer for doing laundry. Cars can be parked on the streets around the residential house on free parking spaces. Owing to the convenient location, the apartment has good public transport connections to the city centre. There is a metro station opposite one of the two house entrances. The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum and the Pantheon, as well as the city nightlife are within easy access.
