The magnificent and spacious location of 775 sq.ft is situated in the middle of the historical center of Rome, in Piazza di Spagna, only 7.4 inches (or 65 feet) from the Spanish Steps in the pedestrian and exlusive shopping area.The apartment is situated on the sixth floor , directly under the roofterrace, of one of the most important and elegant buildings of the city with the boutiques and offices of the famous italian stylist Valentino on lower floors. Lift (elevator) is possible via another staircase in the building complex, then up and down a flight of stairs.. Luggage transport assistance is provided..Thanks to quick trains you can, if you like, also make day trips to the wider area and return to the apartment in the evening. Florence is only an hour and a half by train, Naples 65 minutes. A day trip is also possibile to Pompeii and Vesuvius. . All rooms are cosy and carefully furnished with huge windows with soundproof glass., parquet ground floor and are quiet positioned with sunshine in the morning. One bedroom is provided with a double kingsize-bed, the other one with a luxus-combination of two separate single beds with comfortable orthopedic mattresses and pull- out function. A crib is set up on request. There is also a living-area with armchair with pullout-mattress. The bathrooms are modern and exclusive, one with a whirlpool shower. The kitchen is furnished with fridge, refrigerator American and espresso coffee machine, a new dishwasher with a special hygiene programme, a microwave and a toaster. Well heated in Winter, well chilled in Summer with modern tecnology. There is also an elevator, up to the penultimate floor.The flat is ideal for families and/or two couples. Elevator and apartment are not wheelchair accessible. The stairs of one floor up and down must be managed to get to the apartment. The luggage transport is helped. Five minutes walk to the beautiful city park Villa Borghese and the Trevi Fountain, attractions also for children. Two minutes to the subway and three minutes to bus stops. Three metro stops to St. Peter's Basilica, three to Termini Central Station, 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. .Good connection to Ciampino and Fiumicino airports. Rentbiking nearby, taxi stand next door. Pretty cafés and restaurants in historical places and in front of sights. Mostly nice weather, with a few rainy days.
