The house was built in 1950 and the apartment was fully refurbished in 2016, providing all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool/warm). It has a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen and a bedroom with a very modern en-suite bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, an LCD flatscreen TV, a CD player, a stereo system and a dining table with chairs.
