This modern apartment is in a residential area near Piazzale degli Eroi, at the heart of Rome and just a short walk from the Vatican and St. Peter’s

It is on the first floor of an old building from the 1930s, accessed up 15 steps. The apartment was renovated and comfortably furnished in 2015. It provides around 70m² with two generous bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with a sofa bed for two people, dressers, cupboards and flatscreen TVs, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave, electric stove, kettle etc. The accommodation also has a washing machine, a clothes horse and an iron. All the rooms have heating and air conditioning. Free wireless Internet access is available.

You can park on public spaces, for example opposite the house (payable). The owners are happy to assist with any queries during your stay.

Due to the enviable location, the apartment is ideal for an unforgettable visit to the Eternal City. The nearest grocery shop is 200 metres away. It is just 500 metres to the Cipro Musei Vaticani metro station, with connections in just a few minutes to all the sights in Rome.
