Three-room flat with balcony, in new building located a short distance from the historic centre of Rome and very well connected This is a new building (2013) located a short distance from the historic centre of Rome and very well connected. The seven-storey building (with lift) is located on Via Nomentana, at the height of the ancient Nomentano bridge. Our 60 sqm flat is on the fifth floor and offers space for up to 5 people.

The flat was carefully renovated in 2013. The comfort of a luxury hotel is combined with the possibility of experiencing this beautiful city in total freedom. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 lovely bathrooms (with shower) and a lovely living room with a kitchenette equipped with everything you need including an oven, dishwasher and toaster.
In the Montesacro district you will find many restaurants, bars, supermarkets. A very large shopping centre is within walking distance. It is full of green areas to regenerate and 100 metres away a bike path will take you to Villa Ada. Everything is close at hand. Fresh fruit at the nearby local market or homemade pastries and cakes at the 'Luperini' pastry shop. The strategic location allows at the same time to reach the centre of Rome in a very short time, via several bus lines and with the new metro B1 - Conca D' Oro station (10 minutes walk). Not far away there are also universities (LUISS, La Sapienza), as well as the Policlinico Umberto 1, the 'Parco della Musica' auditorium, the Porta di Roma shopping centre and many other destinations to be discovered.
