Situated on the sunny Sala Comacina hillside amongst olive groves with breathtaking lake views this property provides the ideal escape for families wanting to be close to the attraction with the benefits of seclusion.

The property enjoys both spacious modern open plan living with the home comforts of solid wood furniture and elegant touches for maximum comfort during your stay.

A large open plan living and dining room provides the ideal place to relax and entertain with a bright and spacious sitting room with sofas, charming open fireplace, SAT TV for guests entertainment and direct access to the outdoor lake view terrace. The open plan room also features a spacious dining area ideal for hosting dinner parties with elegant solid wood furniture and also boasting direct access outside, this time to the private sunny lake view balcony which leads round to the private terrace.

A fully equipped kitchen provides guests with all the desired home-from-home appliances.
From the main reception area the solid wood flooring leads to the sleeping accommodation which is ideal for accommodating medium sized groups of up to 6. A spacious and very elegant master bedroom is furnished with a fine antique double bed which is complemented by other beautiful unique pieces and the floor to ceiling balcony doors which allow plenty of light as well as the stunning lake views to enter the room.

A second bedroom is also furnished with a beautiful double bed and warm parquet flooring and also benefits from fitted wardrobes.

Children can be accommodated to the third bedroom which is furnished with comfortable single beds and is also situated to the back of the property which overlooks the surrounding residential hillside of Sala Comacina which is both pleasant and peaceful.

A spacious bathroom completes the comfortable family friendly accommodation.
From the hillside location guests can enjoy the selection of amenities in the charming authentic lakeside village which offers beautiful timeless architecture as well as local bars, bank, a local fish monger and two great restaurants called Locanda La Tirlindana which is situated by the lakeside in the tucked away romantic piazza and the famous visitor attraction of Locanda dell’Isola Comacina on Lake Como’s only island which enjoy a rich heritage and is one of the popular visitor attractions.

Guests can enjoy lake swimming, tennis and power boat hire in nearby Ossuccio and other local central lake activities include cycling, hiking, sailing, water sports, golf, paragliding and kayaking.

The many central lake attractions which include Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and the golden triangle towns are all easily accessible just a 5-15 minutes drive away from Sala Comacina.
