This sprawling holiday home is an 8-bedroom villa in Tredozio, Tuscany, which can accommodate up to 16 people. Located in Tredozio, this is the perfect stay for a large group or families with children. There is a private swimming pool with sun loungers, operational from mid of May to the middle of September. A well-manicured garden with garden furniture also surrounds the beautiful villa. Situated in the countryside, this villa's location allows you to take naturistic walks or go hiking in the neighbourhood. The town centre and general supplies are also available at a short distance of 3 km. You can also visit historic cities like Florence and Flori on a day trip. The host welcomes the guests with a bottle of Sangiovese and also offers a cot on payment. You can also indulge in barbeque activity or lounge by the fireplace. Small and medium-sized dogs are accepted provided they are well-behaved. The villa is pet friendly but for safety and hygiene reasons animals are not allowed in the swimming pool. The villa is not fenced off. In the area there are wild animals, hunters and truffle hunters with free dogs. The nearest airport is Forli Airport which is 29 km away. After their welcome -- accompanied by a bottle of our excellent Sangiovese, a tempting invitation to savour the many products of our land -- I am at our guests' disposal. I can suggest and organise magical moments: walks in the woods, trips to local art treasures, or gastronomic tours. And there is one event I am particularly proud to offer. It is a privilege to show my guests the Villa La Collina which, for more than 400 years, has been the residence of my family. The villa, one of the finest historical residences in the area, is admired for its grand living rooms, its newly refurbished bedroom suites, the splendid ancient kitchen, the precious furnishings, the classic Italian garden and charming private chapel.
