Pretty and cozy house nestled in the hills of the Varazze village, a few miles from the seaside.

Surrounded by greenery, this house spreads on two floors and offers an enclosed outdoor space with a dining table leading to the living area. The entrance opens onto the bright living room, which features a double sofa bed, a television and a dining table, and the open kitchen, equipped with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and espresso machine. Going up some stairs guests will reach the upper floor, which houses the sleeping area, made up of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed on request. A modern bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Amenities such as Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, and heating will be available to guests.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking outside the property at an extra charge of 10 euro per night.

Located in the province of Savona, Varazze is one of the main towns of the Western Riviera. Behind it rises Mount Beigua, which provides Varazze with a mild temperature suitable for outdoor activities such as mountain biking, trekking and hiking. Within the Borgo, the collegiate church of Sant'Ambrogio, with its characteristic Baroque facade, and the historic center full of frescoed palaces are worth a visit. Varazze is historically a well-known and popular seaside tourist resort, famous for its harbor. In 2023 it was awarded the Blue Flag by FEE-Italy for the quality of its beaches and services. Varazze is one of the main towns of the Riviera delle Palme, which stretches over 1,500 square kilometers of coastline, valleys and mountains, embracing the entire province of Savona. From this beautiful village it is possible to reach other charming towns including Savona, Celle Ligure, voted one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, and Invrea, with the famous Arenon Beach. Absolutely not to be missed is the food and wine culture of the area, the famous focaccia, pesto and fresh fish dishes accompanied by Ligurian wine and oil.

The apartment is 5.6 km from Varazze train station and 35 minutes drive from Genoa airport.
