Description
The area is extremely quiet and well served. Just 200 metres away is the commercial centre where you can find pleasant and inexpensive restaurants, pizzerias, lounge bars, shops and a children's playground. The accommodation is ideally located for easy access to the historic centre of Venice, on average in 12 minutes using the bus whose stop is just a few metres from the house. The airport can be reached by bus in 20 minutes and the train station is 900m from the apartment.
The flat consists of a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a storage room and two terraces. The accommodation is cosy and well-equipped, renovated in 2014 and has a pleasant atmosphere. It has 6 beds, free WI-FI and air conditioning in every room.
