Holiday home in Kampen with terrace

House:
The Just Nature 4 holiday home has a warm and inviting character thanks to its cozy furnishings and large windows. This detached, single-story chalet is suitable for four people and offers luxury and comfort. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a TV, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, and coffee machine. The chalet has two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washbasin. Just Nature 4 also has a separate toilet. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture offering stunning views of the surrounding area. Parking is available directly at the chalet, and Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Please note that not all holiday homes are located directly on the water. If you would like to stay right on the water, please book a property with a preferred location.

General:
Die Unterkunft an sich ist ordentlich. Jedoch haben im Vorfeld einige Informationen gefehlt, welche selbst durch mühsames BOT-chatten, mailen und telefonieren nicht komplett eingeholt werden konnten. Das fehlen einer Klimaanlage bei Außentemperaturen von über 30°C , hätte durchaus Erwähnung finden können, zumal durch öffnen der Fenster den Mücken freier Eintritt gewährt wird. Der Bungalow haut heute Temperatur von 40°C geknackt. Handtücher haben zu Reisebegin gefehlt, haben wir erst durch Nachfrage und zusätzliche Kosten erhalten. Bettzeug für die Kinder hat gefehlt, welche wir angeblich nicht angegeben haben. Dies konnten wir zum Glück nachweisen durch unser Reiseticket. Ansonsten wäre Nachzahlung erforderlich gewesen. Das Reiseticket habe ich aber wohlgemerkt auch nur zufällig im Vorfeld erhalten, als ich versucht habe Informationen zur Unterkunft zu erhalten. Toilettenpapier wird nur eine Rolle gestellt. Hunde sind hier in der Anlage erlaubt. Hundekot empfinde ich aber als störend auf dem Rasen neben der Terrasse. Zumal Kinder dabei sind. Der Bitte den Kot zu entfernen, ist nach 3 Tagen bisher niemand nachgegangen.
