THE UNIQUE STORY, AS TOLD BY THE HOMEOWNER This beautiful and luxurious home is at a unique location. The owners were able to buy the last piece of land that was allowed to be built on in this dune area. The advantage for visitors is that every evening you are able to enjoy the company of many deers that come to graze right next to the villa. What makes the home unique is the pond in the garden that can be used as a swimming pool as it is filled with natural dune water that is always crystal clear thanks to an ecological filter system. Like the pond the villa is equipped with sustainable and an energy neutral technical installation to make sure it will not interfere with the natural environment. This is also the reason why the bedrooms are below 'dune level'. As the owners wanted to preserve the feeling of the dunes as much as possible and like this they have made the villa blend in with its surroundings. The villa has all the luxury and comfort you can wish for and it reminds you of a lodge, a fierce but delicately decorated feeling. You will immediately feel this is built with love. DETAILS - Equipped with a spacious garden with swimming pond, a mini beach, a sauna and a bubble bath, this villa offers plenty of space to relax - Through the forest path next to the holiday home you can follow a beautiful walking route to the Noordwijk beach - The villa in Noordwijk aan Zee is energy-neutral and the swimming pond is filled with dune water that is filtered through an ecological system - Cities such as Leiden and Haarlem, but also Amsterdam and The Hague are within easy reach - The accommodation has a beautiful view of the nature reserve
