Relax and unwind at the beautiful, small-scale Villapark Anzelhoef in Sint Maartenszee. Just a 10-minute bike ride away from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the forest, this holiday home is the perfect base for a cycling or walking getaway near the sea. The living room is tastefully furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, and a coffee table, along with a cable TV offering Dutch and German channels. The spacious dining area includes a large table with six chairs, and a high chair is available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, 4-burner gas cooker, and a combination microwave oven. The home has three cozy bedrooms, all located on the first floor. The first bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm), while the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds (90x200 cm). There is ample wardrobe space, and each bed comes with single mattresses and duvets. A cot is available; however, you'll need to bring your own bed linen for the cot. The ground floor room does not function as a bedroom, but contains a desk and a sofa. Step outside through the garden door into the sunny garden, where you'll find a spacious lawn and a beautifully landscaped terrace with garden furniture, as well as a separate sitting area with a picnic table. Barbecuing is permitted on electricity or gas, and the property provides a suitable barbecue for use. One parking space is available at the accommodation, with additional parking available in the general car park. Note: The bed-linen is optional and available for EURO 13 p.p./Stay.
