This spacious, comfortably furnished flat is located at the foot of the beautiful dune area of St. Maartenszee. The flat is on the first floor. You enter the flat via the wooden staircase. Apartment 49 on Zeeweg in Sint Maartenszee is beautifully and tastefully furnished. The apartment is located almost at the foot of the dunes. The beach is about a 10-minute walk through the beautiful dune area. Entrance The flat is on the first floor and is accessible via a beautiful wooden staircase. Living room The living room has two two-seater sofas, digital TV, a dining area and WiFi. Kitchen There is a well-equipped open white kitchen with a refrigerator (without freezer compartment), microwave, oven, hob and extractor hood. Bathroom A spacious bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. 2 Bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (2 mattresses) and 2 single beds. Additional facilities The entire 75 m² flat has central heating and tiled floors. Next to the entrance is a spacious storage room where a barbecue, extra chair cushions, etc. are stored. There is also enough space to store bicycles (max. 2) and beach equipment, for example. Outside The living room opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace (12 m²) with sun loungers, garden chairs and a parasol. Please note! Linen is not included in your booking as standard. You must bring your own or hire it from us. You can add linen when booking.
