This spacious, comfortably furnished apartment is located about 100 m. from the fabulous dune area in Sint Maartenszee. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful beach. The apartment is on the 1st floor. A comfortable wooden staircase leads to the very fully equipped apartment. A south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy a good glass of wine in the evening sun. Apartment 77, on the Zeeweg in Sint Maartenszee, is well maintained and well equipped. Entrance The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a wooden staircase. Living room The living room has a corner sofa and an armchair. There is a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels. There is WiFi in the accommodation. Kitchen There is a well-equipped, open gray kitchen with a refrigerator (with freezer), dishwasher, combi oven, toaster, induction hob and extractor hood. Bathroom A spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 2 bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 140 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm. Extra facilities The entire 80 m2 apartment is equipped with central heating and laminate flooring. Next to the entrance is a large storage room with enough space to store bicycles and beach equipment, for example. Outside From the living room you can access the spacious south-facing terrace (12 m2) with garden chairs and a garden table. Please note! Bed linen is not included in your booking as standard. You can bring your own or rent it from us. You can add bed linen when booking. The bed-linen is optional and available for EURO 13 p.p./Stay.
