Modern studio apartments are located in the Browar Gdanski housing estate, a unique project that harmoniously combines historic buildings with modern architecture of high standard, next to the greenery of Kuzniczki Park with children playground. The fashionable, dynamically developing district of Gdansk Wrzeszcz, where the past meets modernity, is reminiscent of London suburbs. The dynamic development of the district is conducive to the rise of new shopping malls and business centers investments. One of such investments is shopping center Galeria Metropolia (located 200 m from the estate), which in addition to over 80 stores and exceptional food hall has a large cinema complex and rooftop observation deck. Other two shopping centers are located 10-minute (Galeria Baltycka) and 15-minute (Centrum Handlowe Manhattan) walk away. Wrzeszcz is also famous for a rich gastronomic offer - the local restaurants and cafes give the district an international and, above all, tasteful atmosphere. The location has an easy access to other parts of Tricty, as it’s situated just 500 meters from the train station Gdansk Wrzeszcz. By using direct city train line, both the Old Town and Sopot can be reached in 15 minutes. Browar Gdanski Apartments are only 5 km away from the beautiful, sandy beach.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Apartments in Browar Gdanski are modern, comfortable studios designed for a maximum of two people – perfect for a business stay. Their arrangement is the epitome of functionality, where every element of the space has been used to respond to the needs of our guests. Each studio has a flexible bed layout (two single beds that can be converted into a double bed), a designated work space with desk perfect for laptop use, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom. Modern thoughtful décor and new furniture translates into enjoyment of a stay in the apartment. These assets are completed by a wide range of amenities, from multimedia – free high-speed Wi-Fi connection and flat-screen TV – to household appliances, such as a microwave, a coffee maker or a hair dryer. Guests travelling with car have an option to park on the estate or reserve a parking space in the underground garage (20 PLN/a day). (Maximum garage gate height - 2m)

Please note that this offer covers multiple apartments of the same standard. Each apartment has the same facilities, but may differ in interior finish and décor. Not all apartments are located in the same building.
