BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION

The stylish apartment at Letnicka Street is located in the seaside lane of Gdansk. Our guests are invited to to use the Fitness Center which is located in the building, free of charge. The flat is a part of the new housing estate in close proximity to the Gdansk Bay, a sandy beach and green areas - a 20-minute walk will let you admire the beautiful green areas of Park Brzeznienski and immerse yourself in the seaside atmosphere on the beach in Brzezno. The location is characterised by convenient connection with the central part of the city and easy access to Tri-City attractions. Letnica is one of the most dynamically developing districts of Gdansk. Its excellent communication with the city centre is provided by the close proximity of road arteries - Zielona Droga and the Tunnel under Martwa Wisla. The Energa Stadium, less than 2 km away, as a venue for many cultural, entertainment and show events, allows you to participate in many events. There is a private car park next to the building.
