BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION

The modern flat is located at Letnicka Street and is part of the new housing estate near the Gulf of Gdansk. Our guests are invited to to use the Fitness Center which is located in the building, free of charge. In the close vicinity of the flat there are exceptional places to spend free time and nice green areas - less than 20 minutes walk is enough to admire the greenery of Brzeznienski Park or relax on the beach in Brzezno. The location offers easy access to well-known attractions of the Tricity. The nearest tram stop – Latarnia Morska - is only 550 metres from the building. Within 15 minutes by car you can reach a well-known historical site - Westerplatte. Letnica is a district of Gdansk which is developing very dynamically - it is perfectly communicated with the centre thanks to the proximity of main roads such as Droga Zielona or Tunnel under the Martwa Wisla. Less than 2 km away, the Energa Stadium as a venue for many cultural, entertainment and performance events allows you to participate in many of them.
