Flat Royal for individualists, nature lovers, history buffs, - for those who love horse riding, hiking, cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, - sports and adventure, and who want to spend their holidays in Kashubia near the Hanseatic city of Gdansk. The flat is located in a detached house in a small village, in the middle of a forest settlement on the edge of the forest, close to Gdansk. You live in the countryside but are close to Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Distances from Sulmin to: - Gdansk centre - 13 km - Airport - 12 km - Gdansk beach in Brzezno - 21 km - Sopot - 27 km - Lake Otomin - 3 km - Shopping centre - 5 km
The flat is about 25 square metres and can accommodate 2 people. There is a bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath, washing machine and a very well equipped kitchen.
The house is on a fenced plot with a garden. You can spend nice days in the city, in the forest, at the lake, on the beach or in the garden. Grocery shopping is very easy. There is a corner shop 200 m from the flat, the internet shops bring your shopping directly to the flat, you can drive to the shopping centre or visit nice restaurants nearby.
A cot can be provided on request. In the room there is a large bed, electric, very comfortable. French bed linen can be provided on request. You will also find a cosy corner with an armchair in the room.
The room is equipped with satellite TV, CD, DVD and radio. You can receive very fast internet without any problems.
