This new one-bedroom apartment is situated on Kotsisa Street in a great location in the Praga-North district. The apartment is part of a new residential estate “Home Factory”. The location in the immediate vicinity of Jagiellonska Street, between two crossings - Gdansk Bridge and Grota-Roweckiego Bridge, ensures excellent mobility. A great advantage of the estate is the fast connection with the city center thanks to the streetcar line, whose stop is located 5 minutes on foot. The nearest metro station can be reached by streetcar in just 12 minutes. The estate is not only perfectly communicated with the city center, but also provides a maximum level of comfort in the immediate area. A grocery store on the ground level of the apartment building allows guests to do daily shopping right at the doorstep.
