These fantastic exteriors begin with the large chlorine pool, measuring 12m x 6m and with a depth of 0.9m to 2m, which is surrounded by a terrace with six sun loungers and a well-kept garden. Due to the staggered structure of the house, you will find a kitchen basically equipped with wood oven and ceramic hob, as well as a dining room on floor -1. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on this floor. The ground floor is divided into a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a comfortable living room with Smart TV and access to the pool. On this floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The first floor consists of three bedrooms with a double bed each (one of them with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub) and a separate bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms also have access to a terrace, each with views of the countryside. If you are travelling with a child, we can provide a cot and a highchair. Because Binissalem is close to the Tramuntana mountains, it is ideal for hiking and cycling. The two fireplaces cannot be used.
