The exteriors are fantastic: go out to the terrace, have a BBQ, have breakfast under the furnished porch, swim in the 10 x 5 meters pool or sunbathe while the kids play around. You will be able to relax on the comfy sofa having a little nap or reading a book, or organize a meal with your family. In 2 km you can reach the centre of Binissalem where you will find all important amenities like supermarkets, a medical centre, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and much more. The village counts with approximately 7.000 residents and has nice bars, restaurants and bodegas where you can taste the excellent wines of Binissalem. On Friday is market day in Binissalem, where you can buy fresh food like vegetables or other groceries like ecological eggs and cheese. If you come in September you will be able to enjoy the local celebrations! In 30 km you will reach the centre of Palma. The capital is famous all over the world for its monuments, leisure activities, shops and cuisine. In 25 minutes driving by car you reach the fine grained sand beach and the animated zone of Playa de Palma. If you prefer the mountains you could go to Puerto de Sóller, one of the most charming villages of the island and in the middle of the mountain chain” Serra de Tramuntana”.
