House:
The exteriors of this house will lead you to a different world, thanks to its fields full of nature, tress, and its amazing and unique landscape where you will enjoy total privacy. You can sit at the patio to have breakfast or to read a book in peace, or to enjoy a meal prepared on the gas barbecue. The beauty of the building is extraordinary since it features the typical Mallorcan stone everywhere, from the terraces and stairs to the walls of the house. The most peculiar and, at the same time, beneficial thing is that the house is divided into two buildings. The kitchen is in one of the houses, and it is equipped with a gas stove, microwave and other kitchen utensils and appliances, including a washing machine. The kitchen is open to the dining and living room, where you can watch satellite TV from the sofa, maybe accompanied by the warmth of the wood stove when it is cold. At the second building, you will find a hall and a shower bathroom on the ground floor and, going upstairs, there are two bedroom with a fan and a wardrobe in each one. One presents a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. A cot and a high chair are also available, The surroundings of the property are just a dream. It id located near the lookout called Mirador de ses Barques, a must visit in fact, where you will enjoy the astonishing views. Fornalutx is the nearest village, placed in the middle of the Tramuntana mountain range. It is very authentic and quiet, with a grocery shop and some Mallorcan cuisine restaurants. Acar is needed to move around and know new landscapes. The nearest sandy beach is in Puerto de Soller, about 10 km away. The area is perfect to practice biking, hiking or to reach Escorca, Soller, Valldemossa or Deià by car. There is a gas barbecue and it is forbidden to light fire from April to October. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. The amount varies between 0.55EURO/night and guest during the low season and 2.2EURO/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

The mountainous area and setting was truly pleasant, filled with nature and clean air, The pool was of a perfect size, and the garden vibrant with color, offering a blend of sunlight and shadow, The beds offered a high level of comfort and the zone, on the whole, was very calming, We utilized the villa to venture into the mountains and had a lot of great hikes, The local bus service proved to be consistent and facilitated easy connections with Soller and Port de Soller,
