Upstairs, another kitchen and living area serve four bedrooms (one small double and three twins) and two additional bathrooms, providing convenience for all guests. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, and heating are included. The private swimming pool is the villa's centerpiece, surrounded by deckchairs and a terrace for sun-soaked afternoons. A barbecue area and outdoor dining setup are ideal for evening meals under the stars. Conveniently located near Ibiza's beaches, nightlife, and scenic spots, this villa balances relaxation and exploration. Note: Pet acceptance and fees must be confirmed with the partner a few days before arrival. To ensure a safe stay, guests must follow these essential rules. Due to dry island conditions, conserve water and exercise extreme caution with fire, using only charcoal for barbecues. Quiet hours are enforced between 22:00 and 09:00 (under 45 decibels), parties are forbidden, and guests are liable for any property damage or police fines. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, as the host is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. Please note the penalty fees: EURO150 for lost keys, EURO50 per makeup-stained towel, EURO50 for dirty dishes, and EURO100 for leftover garbage. Lastly, unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 a.m. incur a EURO100 to EURO250 charge, and uncollected pet waste will result in extra cleaning deductions from the deposit.
