Check-ins between 21h and 22h: 50 euros late check-in fee.
Check-ins after 22h: 100 euros late check-in fee.

Parties are prohibited to maintain the peace and quiet of the surroundings.
Included in the rental price is 70€ of electricity consumtion, anything over that is charged at €0.35/kWh and deducted from the €300 deposit, which is refunded at the end of the stay after deducting any applicable costs. The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
