House:
The exteriors are perfect for enjoying the views of the town and the countryside. There is an 8 x 4.5 m pool for you to cool off, 6 deck-chairs to relax, and a garden to play or to simply walk around the different fruit trees nearby. There is a porch of 9 m2 with a barbecue where you can cook delicious dishes for your family and friends, and you can enjoy them on the 24 m2 terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a tent. This 170 m2 house is divided into two floors and accommodates 7 people. There are four bedrooms: one on the ground floor with air conditioning, mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath; and three more double bed bedrooms on the first floor, with air conditioning, too. There are two bathrooms for the rest of the house, one with a bath on the ground floor and another with a shower on the first floor. A crib is available in case you need one. You can relax in the two living rooms of the house: one of them is quieter and equipped with four sofas, satellite and TV; and the other, part of living-dining room with fitted kitchen, has a table, chairs, two sofas and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob-ceramic hob and there is an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine. Lloseta is a village located in the Tramuntana. It is a few km from Inca, a town where you will find everything you need for your stay: bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops, international shops, crafts, banks, pharmacies, hospital, sports centres, etc. Every Thursday, a large market is held around Inca’s main streets, full of textiles, fruits, vegetables, homemade sausages, ceramics, etc. Just a 30-minute drive away, you will reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Can Picafort, two great spots to enjoy their beaches, eat at restaurants, see the sunset, or just walk around the Can Picafort’s promenade to the port. Nearby there are also the areas of Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There were so many things to love about the villa, It was beautiful, large, and full of light, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and do their own thing, The villa was well-stocked with chairs, tables, towels, and loungers for both inside and outside use, Unlike other villas where we had to purchase everything we needed, this one had toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies waiting for us when we arrived, The villa was fully air-conditioned, which we were very grateful for! The mountain views were breathtaking, Although there is a neighboring villa, it still felt very private, The garage was a nice touch for keeping the car cool, The pool was sunny all day and the temperature was perfect, no need for heating, The poolside shower even had warm water, An electronic gate added an extra layer of security to the property, The villa was also equipped with fly screens on the doors, so we didn't have much trouble with bugs or flies, There was plenty of storage space for our clothes, The shops were just a short 5-10 minute drive away,

Roomy, neat, nice swimming pool, serene location, numerous bathrooms, Both the representative and the landlord were incredibly prompt in responding when we had to question a few things and they addressed all problems swiftly,
