House:
The large chlorine swimming pool measures 10m x 5m and has a depth of between 0.9m and 1.9m. It is completely private for our guests. Sunbathing on ten sun loungers, cooling off in the outdoor shower, enjoying a delicious barbecue on one of the terraces or simply relaxing and enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings are all part of everyday life at this estate. The well-kept garden has plenty of space for children to play freely. There are no direct neighbours, so you will enjoy privacy and intimacy. The house is located on a fenced plot of more than 11,000m2. Inside, the house boasts an exquisite style, with authentic features but without sacrificing modern comforts such as a Smart TV. The living room with a large dining area is our guests' favourite place to eat together. In addition, there is a second smaller room with air conditioning and a wood-burning stove for more intimate moments. Cooks will enjoy preparing their signature dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. Next to the kitchen is the fully equipped laundry room, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two double beds, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the terrace. A toilet serves the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are four more bedrooms. One offers a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other 3 have two single beds. The bedrooms are well equipped, offering air conditioning, wardrobe and access to a terrace. On request, we can provide up to two cots and a high chair. On the first floor, apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Whether you are looking for beach or sport, in this house you can have both, as in less than 15 minutes by car you can reach both the Son Antem golf course and the lively beach of S'Arenal or the quiet Cala Blava. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays you can visit the Llucmajor market and buy regional products. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is only 20 km away and is famous for La Seu Cathedral, Parc de la Mar and the picturesque old town. The Palma Aquarium, about 13 km away, is ideal for a family day out. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.
