The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In them, you will find a terrace surrounded by fruit trees in which, without a doubt, the star is the large private chlorine swimming pool, which has dimensions of 7 m x 2.5 m and a depth of between 0.5 m and 1.80 m. However, in less than 20 minutes drive, you will reach the coast and Cala Pi, a small sandy cove with a special charm. In general, the south has many wonderful beaches, such as Es Trenc, Sa Rapita and Ses Covetes. The villages Llucmajor and Campos offer everything you need during your stay. Near Llucmajor you will find the Talaiots de Capocorb, which are the remains of an ancient Mallorcan civilisation.
