Surrounded by an extensive and well-kept garden, the exterior of this villa is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In it, you will find a 4 m x 8 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.5 m to 2.5 m, sun loungers where you can sunbathe, a ping-pong, a jacuzzi and even a sauna! So this is the ideal place to mix leisure and relaxation. In addition, there is a barbecue and two porches that will be perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink with your companions. The property is gated and the privacy is total. he interior of the two-storey house is designed for your rest and comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room, which has AC, Smart TV with satellite channels, CD player and books. This is open to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and all the utensils you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the house. On the same floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all of them with AC.
