With an incomparable rustic style, the exterior area in this two-storey town house is very beautiful. The lovely views to the mountains keep the true protagonist's -the pool- company. This is a private chlorine pool that sizes 8 x 4 metres and that has a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 metres. It's encircled by the great lawn area where you can bask in the sun as well as on the 5 sun loungers. Next you find a great porch where you can enjoy the best banquet cooked on a barbecue together with the exterior furniture perfect for a coffee after lunch and the table tennis to have a little fun. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. When you enter the house, you find a practical and helpful space shared by the communal rooms: living, dining room and kitchen. The living area features 2 sofas, TV-sat and DVD player. Right behind you find the dining table and the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook during your vacation. If you continue along you reach a second living area with several sofas and armchairs becoming the perfect place to enjoy a good moment with your loved ones. Please note that both fireplaces are merely decorative. The house has two bathrooms, one with a tub on the main floor and the other with a shower upstairs. Then, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. All of them are located on the top floor and are air-conditioned. Three of them also offer a closet and two have exit to a terrace. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The laundry room is independent and it comes with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location of this property is ideal as it is on the outskirts, so peaceful, but only 900 metres away from the ancient town centre of Pollensa at the same time. Here you have all services for a nice stay like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. If you like the mountain, this also is the perfect place as the town is at the beginning of the mountain range and lots of hiking and biking excursions are waiting for you. The beach also is really near and you can go to Puerto de Pollensa, about 7 km away, or to the golf course of Pollensa, only 3 km away. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
