When you enter you find a beautiful living room with TV-sat and a DVD player, which is open to the dining area. Next, there is the Majorcan kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. Please, note that the wood oven and the fireplace cannot be used. Then, there are two bedrooms, with twin beds, as well as a bathroom with a bath, that complete this floor. Upstairs you have another bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and an independent shower. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. And you will find 4 fans, 2 electric radiators, a baby cot and a high-chair available. The finca is located about 6.6 km away from Porreres, an authentic Majorcan town where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. In fact, the gastronomic and enology variety is great in the area.
