House:
The house has 2 apartments. Only the ground floor apartment is available for rent. The top floor is closed and not occupied. The 6m x 3m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m x 1.6m is perfect for a refreshing bath during hot summer days. Additionally, there's an exterior shower, a mobile BBQ and one sun lounger for sunbathing. A terrace is great for al fresco dining; maybe a romantic dinner for two? The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. The one-storey accommodation offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool! The living room has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV with English channels. The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped, including a modern induction hob. Sa Pobla village is situated on the north of the island and a car is necessary. The village has retained its original charm over the years. In the main square you can enjoy a coffee and mingle with the locals. There are a few nice restaurants serving typical dishes from the region. In January the famous festival of Sant Antoni takes place in Sa Pobla when the entire village is lit with a fireworks, parade and celebration. In 15 minutes by car you will reach the miles-long sandy beach of Playa de Muro, the beach of Can Picafort or the sandy beach of Playa de Alcúdia. Please note that due to certain features, this accommodation is not suitable for families with small children. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Die charmanten Cafés auf dem Hauptplatz machten unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Es gab viele Optionen zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Die Herzlichkeit von Sa Pobla trägt wirklich zu diesem Ort bei. Ein Spaziergang durch das Dorf fühlte sich einladend an, mit freundlichen Einheimischen überall!

Wir kamen an und fanden die Wohnung sauber und gemütlich vor. Das Wohnzimmer hatte all den Komfort, den wir brauchten, einschließlich Klimaanlage und WLAN. Das Essen auf der Terrasse fühlte sich erfrischend an. Insgesamt war alles während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts hier bequem.

Der Pool war für uns ein Highlight. Wir liebten es, dass er nur wenige Schritte von unserem Schlafzimmer entfernt war, was es so einfach machte, jederzeit ein Bad zu nehmen. Die Privatsphäre war perfekt für einige gemeinsame Qualitätszeit.
