The exterior of the property is perfect to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, thanks to its large garden full of corners where you can sunbathe, cook on the barbecue or have a drink or a meal with your companions. In addition, there are several furnished terraces where you can have breakfast admiring the sea views or enjoy unforgettable moments surrounded by your family and friends. The star of the show will undoubtedly be the large above ground pool, 5 m in diameter and 1 m deep, perfect for cooling off on the hottest days. Being located in the village, there are neighbours close to the house. The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you a well-deserved rest. On the main floor you will find a living room equipped with AC and Smart TV with satellite channels, a dining room with access to the garden and a separate kitchen with gas hob. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with fans. Two of them have two single beds, while the other one has a double bed. From the nearby village of Colonia de Sant Jordi you can make an excursion to Cabrera and get to know this protected island inhabited exclusively by native species.
