The house has a large barbecue area, surrounded by a pine forest, so the tranquility and privacy make the house a special place for relaxation; It has a privileged location, due to its proximity to the most beautiful beaches in the southwest of the Island, Cala Tarida or Cala Conta beach with the most beautiful sunsets on the island. The nearest town is San José, where you can find almost everything, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, coffee shops, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The closest restaurant S ´Espartar is just 3 minutes walk from the house, one of the most traditional mediterranean restaurants within the municipality of San José. The house has capacity for 6 people, it has 3 double rooms; A room with a double bed of 1.35m, a room with 2 single beds of 1.10m and a third room with 90cm beds, has two large full bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and an outside toilet near the barbecue area. From the livingroom you can access the porch to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and the pool and barbecue area. The outdoor area has a swimming pool, terraces, barbecue, an outdoor toilet and laundry. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath towels and pool towels.
