A lovely cottage with a rural and peaceful location. The cottage is beautifully nestled in the forest with a view of Gårdsjön. Here you will experience the peace and quiet and the generous plot has everything you could wish for for all your family activities. A perfect accommodation for nature lovers and families with children.

The cottage has an open living room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small dining area. The living room has a large dining table, comfortable seating and large windows with a lake view. There is a TV and a wood-burning stove. One bedroom has a double bed and one has two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. From the living room you can go out to a terrace that is partly under cover. There are sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue.

Enjoy the peace Gårdsjön has both perch and pike. Fishing is free. In the forest around the cottage there are several lovely walking paths. A little further away is Värsjön which has both a swimming area and great fishing. Here you can rent a boat and fishing license. Larger swimming areas can be found in Lake Bälingesjön and in Örkelljunga. The nature with its lakes is very beautiful and there is plenty of wildlife in the area, even moose can be seen from time to time. Örkelljunga has everything you need in its pleasant town centre. A good selection of shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest being Wittsjö Golf Club. Örkelljunga also has one of the country's best mini golf courses. A few kilometres north, at Markaryd, is the moose park, a fantastic excursion destination for the whole family.

On the other side of Hallandsåsen is the Vallåsen ski resort in winter. Visit the Bjäre and Kulla peninsulas. Here you will find lots of nice excursion destinations and hidden gems. A short drive away is the beautiful town of Ängelholm with small shops, the beautiful local history park and its long beach.
