Welcome to a beautiful house just a stone's throw from the sea. Here you can enjoy a full day on the beach which is one of Sweden's longest sandy beaches and Skummelövstrand is a distinctive seaside resort. An accommodation perfect for the larger family who want to take long walks at the water's edge or among the dunes. The house is modern with an open light floor plan. Guests are welcomed into a bright hall with underfloor heating. On the right there is a common room with a comfortable sofa group. Next door, the large lovely kitchen opens. Here the house is open-plan heart with dining room and living room integrated into one. Further in there are two bathrooms, both of which are fully tiled. One with shower and wc and the other only with wc. The bedroom has a large wide double bed 220 cm and exit to the outdoor room. A perfect oasis for balmy evenings. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One with 2 single beds 80cm and the other of older character with 2 90cm beds.

Skummeslövsstrand is a popular seaside resort and for those who are tired of the sea can go to Skummeslövsbadet about 500 away. It features a temperate seawater pool of 80 feet. By the pool there is also a kiosk with easier consumption. The garden outside the house is large and invites you to play. At the back you have a private exit with its own small path directly to the sea. In the building next door is the laundry room and under the roof at the back you can hang bath towels. If you want to make a day trip visit Svarvareskogen, a green oasis with a large number of hiking trails and two exercise trails. For those who like tennis take you to Skummeslövs Tennisklubb, one of Sweden's largest tennis facilities. If you like adventure, you should take on Kungsbygget Adventure Park, they offer active experiences with summer tort, zipline, climbing, cycling and bungee rocket. There's a lot to do and see here.
