Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 kleinen Kindern (4/1). Das Haus übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Platz für alles. Riesige Küche, tolles Esszimmer, schöne Terrasse mit Garten. Dazu 2 Bäder, einen HWR und eine Kammer mit Badetüchern und Co. Alles top modern und sehr sauber. Die Besitzer wohnen nebenan und sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb Västerviks, ca. 6min mit dem Auto, aber sehr nah am Badesee, der toll ist. Man läuft 3min und kann entspannt baden. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes (ganz neues) Haus: Traumhaft gelegen und toll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub.

A great place to spend the summer!The accommodation is a semi-detached house spread over two floors. The house is almost new - the owners live next door, but more about that later.The house offers good space for 4...5 people. The kitchen is perfectly and modern equipped with a kitchen island and all modern appliances, including a dishwasher. All utensils are available in sufficient quantity. There are 3 separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. A baby cot is also available. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The two bathrooms are very well equipped compared to Scandinavian standards. There are more than enough towels and other textiles available. The house has a magnificent view over a lake directly below. A swimming area can be reached by small walk in less than 5 minutes. The location is ideal for hiking and cycling directly from the house. For other activities (canoeing, boat trips, restaurant ....) you can drive 10 minutes by car to Västervik.Immediately after booking, the owners contacted us personally and offered us help with any questions. Marleen and Jan are really nice, warm and helpful and gave us lots of tips and advice on site. Even if we had a small mishap, we received friendly help immediately. They speak English, German and Dutch as well as Swedish, so there can´t be any communication problems.We had a wonderful vacation here and can really recommend the house to couples and families.
