Situated on the second and top floor of a well-kept residence, our 2 1/2 room holiday flat offers peace and comfort in a central location. With an official 4-star classification, this accommodation guarantees not only quality but also an unforgettable experience close to the city's most beautiful attractions.

Inside, you will find a stylishly furnished flat that leaves nothing to be desired. The living and dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a lounge table, a dining table and a flat-screen Swisscom TV. Free WLAN is available during your stay. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and other modern appliances. In the bedroom, an adjustable ceiling fan ensures pleasant temperatures.

The outdoor area of the Residenza "al Mulin" has a spacious terrace with a view of the public park "parco dei poeti". Here you can relax on deckchairs or enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table. Other facilities include a reserved parking space in the underground car park and a separate cellar with two bicycles, two deckchairs, two folding fabric chairs and a parasol. The highlight is the outdoor swimming pool (5m x 10m) with sunbathing lawn, which offers ideal conditions for relaxing and cooling off.
