Description
Vacation in architectural monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the listed buildings are given a new future and holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the foundation Vacation in architectural monument (FiB), which was founded in 2005 by the Swiss Heritage Society.
Parking: The public car park is about 100m from the house. The car park is not covered. Access to the house is guaranteed.
Public transport: Bus 4 direction Castasegna, Vecchia Dogana. Get off at the bus stop Punt Spizarun and reach the Cäsa Picenoni Cief in five minutes.
Number of persons 9: A baby cot (up to 2 years) is available. The house can accommodate nine guests (plus baby). There are four double rooms and one single room. On the ground floor is the entrance area and a lounge with a fireplace. The kitchen and a large living/dining room are on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the 3rd floor there are two rooms, a living room with balcony plus a toilet. The floors are made of wood and stone, which is why we recommend good slippers.
Garden: The house is located directly on the village square of Bondo and does not have its own garden. However, there are countless opportunities to explore nature around Bondo.

Open: The house can be rented all year round.
Pets: Are allowed.
Altitude: 823 metres above sea level.

The Cäsa Picenoni Cief is a listed building that has been renovated with great respect for the existing fabric. The tenant is aware of this and treats the property with care.
