Description

Information about the house
The holiday home is located in the centre of the village of Borgonovo, in a quiet and sunny position and offers a unique view of the mountains and especially up the valley. The living areas are spacious and functionally furnished. The house has a small garden with a seating area.
In addition to cycling/mountain biking, fishing, hiking and climbing, many cultural events are organised in the summer months. The proximity of the Engadine offers many possibilities in summer and winter. To the south, the cosy little town of Chiavenna is well worth a visit. In the neighbouring village of Vicosoprano, there is a small lake near the campsite where you can cool off.
The house is ideal for family holidays, whether children or pets, all are welcome. A small selection of toys is available for children.
Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible for structural reasons.
So far the house has only been used privately, but is now gradually being cleared for this purpose. Every guest can already feel at home and we are happy to receive suggestions for further improvements!
