About the accommodation
The detached "Casa Lucertola" is in an absolutely quiet location and can accommodate 6 people. The south-facing aspect provides sunshine from morning to evening, which can be enjoyed in the garden or on the private terrace. The seating area, the covered pavilion or the open pergola are wonderful places to linger and enjoy the breathtaking view. Once you've experienced it, you'll never want to leave. The large, spacious garden is a paradise for our younger guests.

Room layout
The spacious, almost 100-year-old Ticino house has been gently renovated and furnished with great attention to detail - you immediately feel at home and will find everything you need. The ground floor comprises a large living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with washbasin and a separate shower. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a 160 cm bed and the bathroom with shower.

Location description: Location and connections The house is ten minutes by car from Locarno and Tenero. It can be reached practically on foot or by car. There is a car park for guests directly in front of the house as well as a garage. The nearest bus stop, with regular connections to Locarno and Ascona, is approx. 350 metres from the house.
