It doesn't get any more beautiful than this! The spacious and bright 4.5-room villa above Brissago spoils you with a breathtaking 180° view of Lake Maggiore. The panoramic view extends from the Swiss Alps with the lakeside towns of Locarno and Ascona to the Italian lake basin. You can also see the landing stage and the castles of Bellinzona, illuminated at night. Whether on the terrace, balcony, in the garden or at home, you will always have the beautiful lake in front of you. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday in a picturesque setting, the 'Villetta Vista Bellissima' welcomes you and offers comfortable space for up to 4 people. The cottage is part of a charming and well-kept estate with four flats and is located at the end of a quiet private road bordered by a forest and palm groves. Although we have advertised this property as a flat, you can enjoy your own 'cottage' as it offers great privacy. The wonderful thing about the Villetta is that you can live either indoors or outdoors, depending on your mood and the time of year. Outside, in addition to the large pergola and balcony on the first floor, there is a romantic garden seating area with an open fireplace and another secluded, slightly elevated seating area where you can enjoy a cosy evening with an aperitif. If it gets a little chilly, just move inside. On the ground floor, a comfortable living-dining area with an open, well-equipped kitchen awaits you. The whole is crowned by a spectacular view of the lake. A guest toilet is directly adjacent. On the upper floor is the bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub/shower and WC, as well as three bedrooms, all with lake views: - One bedroom with double bed and direct access to the balcony. - The second bedroom, also with access to the balcony, offers a pull-out sofa bed and three mattresses on the attic loft, which can be reached via an open staircase. Great fun, not only for the kids! - The third room is equipped with two single beds. If you feel the need to dive into the cool water after a heavenly quiet night, you have a short walk of about 7 minutes ahead of you. At your disposal is a shared 11 x 5.5-metre swimming pool with sunbathing lawn and outdoor shower. Tip: The months of December to February are those with the fewest rainy days of the year, which means that there are already a few hours of warm sunshine to spend outdoors. Those in need of peace and quiet will really appreciate these months. Important note: There is direct access to the house, but not to the flat. Access is via several stairs (84 steps in total).

Site description: Of course, a visit to the green and exotic paradise islands of Lake Maggiore (the well-known Brissago Islands) is also a great experience. There is a large hotel with a beautiful restaurant on the island. The Brissago Islands are open from April to October and can be reached by boat or ferry. The large and popular market in Cannobio (I), on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., can also be reached by car in about a quarter of an hour. For buses and boats, please consult the timetable.
