Inside, you will find a luxury interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The villa has two fully equipped kitchens on both floors and an additional luxury outdoor BBQ kitchen, perfect for gourmet adventures. The two dishwashers, two fridges with a large freezer area, washing machine and tumble dryer, steam iron with ironing machine as well as a hairdryer, shower and WC in each of the four bathrooms also offer convenience. A fully equipped office with internet, screen and printer is available for work and pleasure. The Philips Hue LED colour lighting system provides the right atmosphere.

The outdoor area is full of joie de vivre with a large 5 x 10 metre pool with whirlpool and steam shower, surrounded by a garden with palm trees and many Mediterranean plants. A large outdoor kitchen with plancha, gas barbecue, water connection and BBQ smoker invites you to socialise in the evenings. Various seating areas such as the garden dining table for 8 people, an apero/breakfast bar for 6 people and luxurious Rausch outdoor sofas by the pool offer outdoor comfort. The automatic lawn & flower sprinkler system and a robot for pool cleaning keep the outdoor area spotless.

The villa is located in Piodina, a small idyllic part of the village of Brissago, quietly situated on a mountain slope at an altitude of approx. 400 metres. The surrounding area offers numerous sporting opportunities such as fishing, mountain biking, paragliding and much more. Brissago, the lowest village in Switzerland with a Mediterranean climate, attracts visitors with its beautiful lakeside promenade, great restaurants and small shops. Thanks to the location and the private road, you can enjoy undisturbed privacy and tranquillity.
