About the accommodation
The bright, modernised flat is located in the romantic Ticino Villa Egeria right in the centre - the ideal starting point for exploring Brissago and the surrounding mountains. Despite the very well insulated windows, the lively town centre can be heard from time to time. On the other hand, you have direct access to the lively Mediterranean life and can practically see yourself reflected in the surface of Lake Maggiore from your balcony.

Room layout
The spacious three-room flat is on the second floor and can be reached by stairs or lift. A spacious living room with open-plan kitchen and two separate bedrooms offer space for four people.

Activities and experiences
- Take a leisurely hike to Ascona, with Lake Maggiore always in view
- Climb up to the Sacro Monte and the pilgrimage church of Santa Maria Addolorata
- Take a boat trip to the Brissago Islands and visit the botanical garden full of exotic plants
- Stroll through the picturesque villages on the lakeshore and treat yourself to local produce in one of the typical grottoes
- Sleep in and enjoy a hearty breakfast on the sunny balcony
- Relax and refresh yourself in the Lido of Brissago

Location description: Location and connections
The lakeside promenade with bars and restaurants and the village centre with various shopping facilities are just a two-minute walk away. There is a car park for guests directly in front of the house. The nearest bus stop with regular connections to Locarno and Ascona is less than a hundred metres from the house.
