Description

Casa Ghiggi is a typical Ticino house, in a sunny and quiet location, with a beautiful view of the lake (Lago Maggiore) and the surrounding mountains. The large garden has a heated swimming pool 4x8m (approx. mid-April - mid-October), whirlpool and sauna (minimum age for both: 12 years), pergola with granite table/benches, large barbecue grill, deckchairs, parasols, shower and small play corner. In the basement there is a large selection of toys and a fitness/games room. The house is a 10-minute walk from the lake/shops/post office/bank/bus stop. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for a fee. The 2-room apartment "Ticino" is located on the 1st floor of Casa Ghiggi and has been rated 4.5 stars by the local tourist office. The flat has 2 balconies and is extensively furnished. The flat has a covered car park (2.5m high) next to the house with a charging station for electric cars (for a fee). The nicely furnished 2-room apartment (50m²) has a beautiful granite kitchen with ceramic hob, oven/steamer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, extensive kitchen utensils, coffee and espresso machine, as well as Delizio capsule coffee machine. There is also an extra bed (for a third person) in the double bedroom (duvet Nordic 160 x 210cm). The living room is equipped with a dining table, tiled stove, seating area, lounge table, Sunrise TV (7-day replay function), DVD and radio/CD player as well as WLAN. The bathroom has a shower bath with WC, washbasin and hairdryer. Both balconies are equipped with sun blinds, tables and chairs and offer a view of the lake and mountains. The non-smoking flat offers space for a total of 3 people. Casa Ghiggi has been awarded the "Family-friendly" seal of approval by the tourist office. A wide range of baby equipment (e.g. cot, high chair, buggy, nappy changing unit) is available to our guests on request. In the cellar, our guests benefit from various toys. In the leisure room there is fitness equipment, table football, darts, games (computer with games, printer, Nintendo, board games and books) and a large selection of DVDs.
