Description
Casa Pool is a 19th century patrician house located in the picturesque Castasegna, the southernmost village in the Bergella region, directly on the Italian border. The traffic flows through a ring road, so the village centre is as charming as it is quiet. The village has a grocery shop and two bars, one of which has an excellent pastry shop. The post bus stops at two points, one of which is 50 metres from the house. The flat was renovated in 2020 while retaining the original style and consists of a large, lovely living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, panelled in pine wood and with an original decorated ceiling dating back to 1882, a double room with a fir roof, two small rooms with beds for each person, a completely renovated kitchen and a new bathroom with shower. The flat is located on the second floor. The entrance is at the back of the house. In the garden there is a seating area with a small table and a gas grill.
