Discover our charming, light-filled holiday home in the old village centre of Dongio, which offers an ideal retreat for couples or solo travellers with or without a dog. This open-plan holiday home with its inviting sun terrace is the perfect starting point for a variety of exploration tours in the picturesque Blenio Valley, whether on foot or by car. Thanks to the good public transport connections, with a bus that runs from Biasca railway station to Olivone, you can discover the beauty of the surrounding area even without a car.

Inside, the house impresses with a unique, multi-storey living area, which is characterised by its open design without doors - with the exception of the utility room and a non-lockable sliding glass door to the wet room. The interior features - in addition to two elegant marble bathrooms, inviting oak parquet flooring in the living area and characteristic red stucco panelling on the fireplaces - also include modern amenities such as heat pump heating with solar panels and underfloor heating. The fully equipped kitchen with white furniture, ceramic hob and plenty of crockery and cutlery - as it is regularly used by the owner herself - rounds off the high-quality interior.

Outside, a sun terrace invites you to linger. The garage has an electric door drive.
