Die gemütliche und moderne 3-Zimmer Ferienwohnung, mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus in Intragna. Vom historischen Ortskern ist sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. 
Sie wohnen inmitten von Weinbergen und geniessen den einmaligen Ausblick über die Terre di Pedemonte und dem Centovalli (Tal der hundert Täler). In Geh-distanz befinden sich Grotti sowie Restaurants und eine Bar. Einkaufen beim Bäcker und Metzger im Ort. Der Zug fährt regelmässig nach Locarno und Domodossola. Viele Wanderwege starten unweit vom Haus und wenn‘s mal zu heiss ist, bietet die Melezza Abkühlung in wunderschönen Naturpools.
